Membership Option
Plan on being a frequent customer? You can choose a membership option for $250 per month for one child, or $300 per month for multiple children. This includes unlimited virtual visits via phone, text, or video chat, and 1 house visit per child per month. Each additional house visit costs $50 per visit per month.
*Heart in Hand Pediatrics does not contract with insurance or Medicaid.
8-Week Newborn Care Package
The 8-Week Newborn Package ($500 total) is designed to provide personalized pediatric support during the first weeks of life.
It includes two house visits per month during the first eight weeks, with direct access to Dr. Jessica by text message and phone calls.
With 20 years of pediatric experience, Dr. Jessica also provides support with breastfeeding.
The package includes newborn checkups, close growth monitoring, prescriptions, specialist referrals, and coordination of recommended vaccines.
Families who continue with monthly membership will receive a $100 credit applied toward future membership fees.
Families interested in the package may schedule a complimentary prenatal consultation.
What type of services are included?
- Well Visits (ages 0 to 21)
- Sick Visits – virtual and in person when needed
- Chronic conditions – including ADHD and mental health
- Rapid testing for strep, flu, and urine
- Prescriptions
- Coordination of care
- Referral to specialists when necessary
- Sports physicals
What type of services are NOT included?
- Vaccines – covered by insurance or available at low cost
- Xrays – will coordinate low cash pay prices
- Blood tests – will coordinate low cash pay prices
- Cost of specialty care
- Emergency services
